Hi,
I am from india, currently living in Abu Dhabi Wanted some information as i am planning to move to portugal,so recently i visited a consultancy and as per them the procedure is as follows the consultancy will give us court agreement papers issued by there lawyers in portugal and with the paper we have to go on visit visa ,once we reach portugal we will meet the lawyers and we have to search job on our own with that court agreement once we get the job we will get the work visa.

Kindlt advice if any one is aware of this policy and also please guide us wether this information is correct or no.

This is Althaf , Indian currently living and working in Qatar.
I wish to come to Portugal as I've explored the job opportunities are more. I'm considering some websites for applying for jobs in Portugal, but am not getting response even though i have 7 years of UAE experience . I'm aware that full-time employment in portugal needs a work permit and a work permit needs a job offer at first, so is it a good idea to visit on a tourist visa or applying any independent visa from Qatar, work on casual jobs and look for jobs there as employers usually prefer onshore candidates or might it be a fast process for applying from overseas. Your suggestions please? Will be grateful.....
