Hello,

Ive been reading about 30 Baht Gold Card Healthcare , It states that if you go to your local Amphur Office and get a Yellow Book or Tabian Baan Leung this will allow you to own certain properties in your own name as well as apply for Healthcare.

Can anyone eloborate on this subject , Would be greatly appreciated.
Please only info about it or experiences.

Thanks

Tabian Baan (yellow book) is a book that contains details of foreigner living at a particular address.  It bestows no special privilege allowing you to buy land or apply for government healthcare (yellow card).

There have been reports of some foreigners being issued the healthcare card but under current law only Thai's are eligible for government healthcare card.  I suspect an error was made if they were issued because others have tried and been told its only for Thai's.

Yellow book may eliminate the need to obtain a resident certificate from Immigration when such a document is required.

Hello,

Thanks for your feedback , The Healthcare Laws I’ve been reading  stipulates originally Burmese People as being allowed Healthcare but then the wording was expanded to Foreigners.

Hello ,

Let me dig for it I thought I saved it.

What I do remember is an annual fee of
1800-2000 Baht per year and eligible especially if you have a legal Thai Wife under the plan.
