Does anybody have any contacts for schools or agencies taking on Tefl Qualified Teachers without a degree.

As hiring someone without a degree to teach would be an illegal action on the part of the school, it would be unwise to post the names of such schools on a public forum.

You should just do a drive around the area you live in, there will be numerous schools.

However, colinoscapee's advice is probably the best once you arrive. There are plenty of English schools and teaching opportunities in HCMC and nationwide and more schools are opening every day.
