Can we buy in Phnom Penh an off-the-rack men's Executive Suit for a 1.8 meter, 6 feet tall man?

We would consider tailoring but need it in one week

1.80 m is not that tall, I'm that size and have no problems to buy clothes.

Of course a suite that fits perfectly should be tailor made, but one week is too short.

Get into the shopping malls and look around.
