Hello guys I'm a member at the LGBT Community I'm in a relationship with a british guy and we are planning to get married , can we get marry in the UK Embassy in Cairo ?

You're going to have to check directly with the embassy but recent events in Egypt suggest they won't want to create a diplomatic incident by conducting such a marriage, if they have that service at all.

Short answer; no, UK Embassy's abroad are not authorised to solemnize any marriages.
