You have, or are expecting, a child together. You are both unmarried or divorced.
You must be at least 24 years old.
Requirements for the applicant
You must pay an application fee.

What if both of us are still married? And both are separated. Is it ok for us to see o be with each other despite our status?

Emiville

You can only visit her as a tourist provided that you meet the requirements.

Will there be any problem because shes just separared and not yet divorced

pepponeskie

Vin, it seems your location is in Trondheim.

Well anyway, that wouldn't be a problem here in Norway. You can visit him/her as a tourist.

But, just be a ware that your wife/husband in the Phils. can file a case against you if he/she knew about your relationship. Since both of you are technically still married and not annuled.

Hi peps, whats with the Trondheim thing? Does it have something to do with my current situation?

pepponeskie

Well we thought that you are outside Norway, but it seems not. That's why my reply and the other suggest to have a tourist visa.

If you are planning to visit here or live with her, there's nothing wrong with it in Norway, but as said, just be a ware that you might have problems in the Philippines IF your legal spouse files a case against you if he/she have submissible evidence.

Also, here's a link about family law in Norway:

and IF you want to marry your girlfriend here in Norway, then you must secure a document that you are single or your marriage in the Philippines is annuled before you can re-marry.
