EP got rejected, Reason: require more information about the company

Hi

A company has applied EP on 10th September. After long wait I got to see my EP is rejected. I have checked with my HR, she said the are appealing for rejection MOM. adding more information about the company. Is any chance of approval EP in this case?. And how much time will appeal take. Wil it be better for applying new EP again?. Please suggest me.

It is impossible, from your brief post, to tell why you were rejected and thus what your chances are for an appeal.
Please read existing discusiion on this forum to get an idea what are the possible rejection reasons and how they can be overcome.

Thanks for your response.

EP is rejected first time, HR appealed again to MOM. Reason for rejection: require more information about company. From same. Company all most 10 people got EP. I'm confused why they require more information of company even if they approved couple people in the past. And what is changes of getting the EP for this rejected reason.

If MoM asks for more information about the company then it means that MoM now looking into the company’s balance sheet, income statement, local vs FT ratio in the company etc.
