Hi friends this is ayesha i m from india but i m in
Singapore from 2013 as a dependent pass holder.
But last week my dp application is rejected saying adverse record.
So my husband employer call and check with mom they said before starting job with u .
Some one submitted  a wrong education /exp document  to mom. In 2013 when my husband and i came in singapore for searching job we gave our document to recuritement agents to find job.
We have email  with attachement as a proof that we give them original document. And we never give any authority to submitted my document to mom.
In my email it is mention pls find job if i m suitable and let me know.
So my husband employer is appealing to mom with my legal educational documents and with this email copy and with an affidivat from court.
What u guys think?
They will approve the appeal or i should submitted some other document also??? Pls help
And yes very important my husband employement pass is also pending from last 2 weeks.

Pls let me know guys because i think first appeal if reject then very less chance.

Thanku in advance for reading and helping.

Till your husband EP is not approved, your appeal for DP rejection will be pending, if MoM is considering your appeal.

Secondly, you can submit the affidavit along with other proofs for DP application but it will only be approved after your husband’s EP approval. Good luck

Note: Employer can request MoM, if is there any additional information they require apart from those documents which your employer will submit, so that you have confirmation from them on submission of additional documents. Good luck

Another story to show that employment agents are better avoided!

Thanku surya . Your words matter.

Yes it was our first and last mistake trusting agents .

Hi everyone.

My husband ep is approved and my son dp is also approved and we already submit the appeal for my rejected dp with advocate letter and my husband employer letter . And i m from last 5 year on dp . Want your advice how much chances are there MOM will approve???? Because u already listen this type of cases.
The reason for rejection was adverse record.
So we submit all my right document  .

Nd how can we can we check status of appeal???

Thanku

If the rejection reasoin was adverse recods, these bad records must be cleared first before you have a chance to get your pass approved.
Everything else will not work!
According to what you wrote, your adverse record is probably with MoM (ICA or police would be the other possibilities), so you should contact them and inquire what exactly happened. If it is indeed incorrect information submitted by a third party and you have proof of this, the matter should be easy to clear.

Yes beppi i already checked  reason for adverse record mom said to my husband employeer that somebody submiitted wrong education or exp document of her in 2013 before my husband join this company which he is working from last 5 years  ..
In 2013 we have given my documents to some agents  from my email so we have proof in that it is clearly mention that if m eligible pls call and there is attachement of all right documents. We have not given any wrong document to them .
So we take all the print and screen shot and submitted.
Wht u think how much approval chances???

You wrote the same already above - there is no need to repeat yourself.
As I said, your chances depend on whether you can clear the adverse record or not.
Good luck!
