Hi All,

I got my EP approved , but my employer(consultancy) didnot send me the offer letter. They just sent the IPA. Should that be sufficient or should I ask them for offer letter. I am serving my notice period of 60 days in India. Can I be assured of my employment. Please advice

Thanks
Sharath

Ask them to provide you the offer letter as it’s your rights to know what position and salary with other conditions you have been offered and agreed at your end.

Immigration officer may or may not ask about it but you should have for your own benefit. Good luck

Surely you must have talked with them about the job title, scope, salary and other details BEFORE agreeing to take the job. That conversation was your offer "letter" (it can be verbal!), but of course it is better to get it in writing as well, so you have more certainty.
