We will be in Algarve in February and are looking for the best location there for people like us. Is it Faro?

Hi,small towns are great in spring/summer Tavira, Mont Gordo.Winter is best in Portimao a large beautiful beach and boardwalk,river promenade with boats,marina,shopping center and Casino ,a year round town with locals at the coffee shops,walking dogs etc . Albufeira is busy with tourist/restaurants.Lagos is confusing to get around,streets have many hills,smaller beach,British hang here.
