i have one small question to group,one of my sg local client need my servies ,they are going to apply my ep,thats a new brand,they incorporated 1 year back,singapore locals owned company,they hv just 2 employers,2 are locals,they are generating aroud 30k sgd per month,if they apply my ep with 9k salary whare are the chnaces to get ep,all suggestions and answers nedded

If you read various threads on same topic, you will come to know that the employer has to justify why they need a foreigner for this job. Secondly, they have to proof that they tried locally but skills set didn’t match to their requirement. Good luck

On top of what Surya wrote above, MoM also checks whether the employer has the financial means to pay the offered salary. With just S$30k profit per months, paying S$9k each (plus CPF and other expenses) to three employees is not possible, so you only have a chance if the others earn substantially less.
