Start a small business

Dear All;

I would like to start small business in turkey, especially in Izmir , Antaliya or denizli.
There are some Ideas about greenhouse , winery and cafe & Bar in my mind, I am looking for some one help me to collect some data and I can analysis the feasibility of the job.
I am also open to have a partner to run the business.
please, advise me.
