Emirates ID Cancellation Process

Hai all ,

I have a doubt , I was in dubai in 2016 May and my VISA and card was processed by June 1st 2018 . Before completing the contract , i left company (by paying 45 days salary , but no proof i have) but the company didnt cancelled my visa and ID , When i requested for the same , they said , they wont let me to work in UAE again . In 2018 June 1 , the agreement period over , and when i enquired , My emirates ID is not cance;;ed and every month AED fine is accumulating .
Can u advice , how to cancel this Emirates id ,
