What should I expect to pay monthly for a live-in house keeper and a grounds keeper in the La Ceiba coastal area?

I pay $291.00 USD per month. There are lots of Hondurans that would work for much less.

We live right outside of La Ceiba and house workers here ask for from $5-$15 per day depending on the # of hours worked.
