Hello Expats

I am Indian Citizen currently living in US , I am currently wish to register as Trade representative of my US Company in Bulgaria . Has any one Done this process ? Has anyone one applied D visa and residency after this process ? Please share your experience . If anyone know any experience lawyer Please share the contacts

I am also getting conflicting information from some people

some are saying I can register 2 registered agents and others are saying 5 registered agents ? So if anyone know some details regarding this please share information

Hi there,

Yes you can register a representative of a foreign company in Bulgaria, and this is one of the legal ways to apply for a D visa.

The number of agents is probably not defined anywhere, but if you try to immediately register 5 agents and apply for D visas for all of them, there's a good chance that this will attract the attention of the authorities and endanger the EU visas for all of you.

Good lawyer is not difficult to find.
