To be spending part time in Las Galeras and part time in Santo Domingo is a very good mix.

I see you have taken up the British hobby of renovating properties here. I never gave that much of a thought until recently I noticed quite a number of the houses in the roads adjacent the Malecon west were being bought up and renovated and then sales signs appeared. Miramar for example. Maybe this also happens in ZC and Gazcue? It quite surprised me because I foresaw these properties being bought up and new high rise apartment blocks being built. Maybe everybody doesn't want to live in a city full of apartments crammed close to each other due to no proper urban planning controls.

You state you are in movies. Tell us more. Is it the local  growing industry?
