Keeping fit in Cyprus

Post new topic

Priscilla

Hello everyone,

Keeping fit during your time in Cyprus is of utmost importance. How about sharing with us and your fellow expats how you keep healthy in your host country?

What are your daily health hacks in Cyprus?

Do you exercise regularly? What is your go-to sport?

Do you manage to keep your diet healthy and balanced? How easy is it to maintain a balanced diet in Cyprus? Are you able to find organic products easily?

Are there national or local incentives to foster a healthy lifestyle: sensitisation campaigns, sports infrastructure etc. ?

How much of your monthly budget is dedicated to keeping fit?

Please share your experience,

Priscilla

Hi Priscilla, I live in Nicosia and like to go for walks. But in the summer months its too hot in the day so I  go in the early morning. At the moment also, I rejoined the Komanetsi Aqua and Fitness centre in Nicosia and try to go swim three times a week. I believe the rates there are good for gym, swim or both. I pay for swim only, 75 euro per month, and you may go as often as you wish.
