Still awaiting for the updates....

Saikiran96

Let us know once you get an outcome from them.

D00m

I contacted INZ. My application has been assigned to a case officer. Hope l will get a call soon.

Saikiran96

Hello D00m, for number did you called ?
Could you share the number with us?

Vijay44

I got the AIP today. Need to open ANZ FTS account and need to complete few more criteria.

Saikiran96

Congratulations...Did you got any call? What did they asked u?

D00m

Good to hear Vijay.  But why FTS on your case. @saikiran I contacted via email bro

Vijay44

@SaiKiran Thanks. They called me and asked about my travel history and asked me to upload the documents.

@D00m. I don't know why they asked. Maybe I have few funds in my foreign account that I showed for my living expense.

kashwini28

Congrats! You are the lucky one to get AIP at first on this forum. How was your interview? What did they asked?

Vijay44

Thanks Kashwini. They just asked about my travel history. Hope your file soon be assign to CO. It maybe possible because of urgent letter that I have uploaded. My Education Loan offer was about to get expire.

Saikiran96

Seriously?? Will education loan sanction letter has a minimum validity? My loan was sanctioned in the month of November...I think it expired by now!!

Vijay44

My education loan offer stated that the offer is valid for 90 days. So the disbursement should happen in 90 days and on that ground I asked consultantly to upload urgent letter. Don't just depend on consultantly you also approach them and follow up. I have a very bad experience with consultantly so can't completely trust them.

anuradha.singh3107

Hi.. I have submitted my application on 26 March 2019 for July 2019 intake in the University of Auckland. I have a question. My education loan is sanctioned by Axis Bank but it is unsecured. There is no collateral provided. Will immigration have a problem with it?

Saikiran96

That's not a problem..A sanction letter is enough. But you should provide the bank email address and contact number for verification.

anuradha.singh3107

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have provided the contact card of the manager who handled my case. Also, there is one more doubt that I have. My husband has transferred funds from his foreign bank account in my Indian account for living expenses. We have attached statements of foreign bank account,my indian bank account, statements of 3rd party website using which funds were transferred, Husband's last 6 months invoices (using which he charges his employers who transfer the money in his bank account), husbands ITR and my ITR. This should not be an issue right ?

Saikiran96

I don't have any knowledge about that..I think it's not a problem...It's better to ask immigration advisors if you applied through them, they can clarify your doubt.

Saikiran96

Damn...It's been more than 3months and my file is still not allocated to a case officer... What's wrong with them...It's super frustrating!!

NatalieDeSilva

Me too its really disgusting they have updated their government website "Visa processing delays due to Christchurch terrorist attack
We have been urgently processing visa applications for families of those affected by the Christchurch terrorist attack so they can come to New Zealand at this difficult time. As a result, there has been some impact on the processing of other visa applications "

also 95% of applications completed within: 72 days

if it is precise we can hopefully wait until interview call comes within another couple of weeks... My 72 days will be complete on 2nd week of April unless it can be take around 4months  :sosad:

Saikiran96

Priority for Christchurch victims family was stopped today by INZ...So there will be no delay... My 72 working days were finished already but no response yet!!

NatalieDeSilva

My visa got rejected due to the reason of income source not clear and also Recently created Fixed deposit... i had provide them an adequate supportive documents of my mortgage loan which is required for FD. Also provided some documentation of my fathers business bank statement rotations which is evidence as an income source....
i visited agent to inquire regarding this and they told me that "thats how INZ declined the visa almost high percentage they are probably granted the visa amount that they want and rest of the visas will be decline under non acceptable reasons...

am highly depressed with this matter and cried every second of time donno how to move forward...i have tried since long time to go abroad like 2years & this result made me feel shock

Saikiran96

Hey Natalie, that's so rude from INZ, how can they decline like that...Did you got any call from case officer?? Did they mentioned about your financial documents during interview?

NatalieDeSilva

Nooo they didn't even give a call interview.. i told my agent to mailed them regarding this delay and they were replied as that...
yes there are so rude that mentioned cant appeal either... am mentally distracted consultant also ignored me to apply for any other country through their agency as it was 2years with them

Saikiran96

It's absolutely fault of your agent's...They have to check the documents twice before applying the visa if there is anything wrong.
Don't worry you have other options but this time approach good consultancy...They will guide to for another country which is suitable for you.

D00m

@natalie how old was your fd

Prabhu369

I got interview call on 15 th March and they told me that we will answer you in 24 hours and till today they didn’t gave me any decision. And I have mailed them last week and officer replied that we will followed up you application. But after that till today they didn’t gave me any mail or any decision.

Saikiran96

It can't be that much time...You must get response within 24hrs... Better call them ask again.

anuradha.singh3107

I received AIP on 10th April. Now in the process of paying the tuition fee. No FTS was applied in my case.

Saikiran96

Lucky you got AIP in 15days..We are waiting from past 4months no response yet!!

barshabhatt

Hello, I am new in this forum. Saikiran , Do you call to embassy? and asking about your position of your application file?

Saikiran96

They said my file is allocated to case officer recently.

Vijay44

Sorry to hear that Natalie about your Visa. I have done all the requirements as per AIP regarding fund transfer and I paid the tuition fees and on Friday I got email from INZ saying they need fresh Chest X Ray.

Below is the response from INZ.
"We note that you have submitted a revised offer of place for another intake as a part of your AIP requirement.

The acceptance of deferral of student visa is subject to receiving:

Chest X-ray certificate issued by an approved panel doctor (should be less than three months old at the time of submission) as per immigration instructions A4.25.1.
Please complete the requirement within two weeks in order for the student visa to be endorsed. Once the requirements have been met, the finalisation of the student application may take up to 5 working days."

On Saturday I did my X Ray and they will upload the documents tomorrow. Not sure what more is pending.

JoRoAn03

Hi,
will the INZ notify the student  when the application with the case officer and started to process??

Vijay44

No, You can call INZ and ask them or you can email.

JoRoAn03

Hi Vijay,
I send a email and they replied it’s with immigration officer. If they not notify how I know when to expect a call.?

Vijay44

They will call you anytime. I dont know how much time they take. Usually within a week case officer connects with you if they have any questions.

JoRoAn03

Ok., thanks for sharing.

Saikiran96

Hi, my file was allocated to case officer on 8th april but still no call... May be case officers also taking time to process.

barshabhatt

Can anyone give me the number you guys called to embassy? It will be really helpful. I didn't find the number on their website.

Vijay44
