Can you advice on the trip that you had with saptco to amman? As there is no direct bus to amman from riyadh so will there be anything from other destinations? Need your suggestions and your experiences here. I am planning to travel during Hajj holidays.

I'm moving with my family in January 2020 but my husband will go several times until the end of the year and he will take some of our stuffs. Does any one know a good self storage in Riyadh?

And what about the bests compound to families? I like the Al Nakhla.. is it a good one?

thank you!

Hi all. I am a Surgeon, mother of four from Greece and I am thinking of moving with family to Saudi, maybe Khobar-Dammam region. Any Greeks or expat female doctors in the area?

Hi Mari_JO, I called SAPTCO and they said they dont have any bus from saudi going to amman so i been to Azizhia and found few private bus companies who is charging 400-500 SAR from Riyadh-Amman, However i got Flynas for 800 SAR and my return am planning through bus coz they said it would be around 200-300 only.

Hi Terry (assume it is Terry?),
I'm supposed to be moving to KSA myself in a month or two assuming all checks go through etc.  I have all the same questions you have, so if I get any feedback from my HR or future colleagues I can share.  Btw, I think 75k housing allowance seems quite good, I hear you can get a nice 1 bedroom apt on a good compound for 60 (but depends on your needs) - but the more expensive ones have better facilities etc.  Is this your first time in the Middle East?  I live in Dubai so am used to it, although Riyadh will be another thing!  Anyway, keep in touch if you'd like.  Best, Marcelle

umro199

Which subject(s) can you teach?

mari_JO

hi suribhai,

maybe they cancelled all trips to amman? or still too early to book (usually booking opens a month or 2)
as per my experience, i did fly into amman and took bus from amman to saudi (dammam) and it took around 24hours). we left 12noon and arrived 12noon the next day. many stops/ toilet breaks in between. the seats were a bit cramped (i occupied 2 seats) , but over all the trip was ok and i never once felt unsafe, considering i was the only female left on the bus around midnight. haha!
im planning to do a roundtrip bus trip in the near future and your feedback on your bus ride experience will be appreciated.
cheers!

I will be moving to Tabuk within the next week working for the RSAF as a contractor from the USA. What is it like there? Any information would be amazing. I also want to know about computers and gaming because I hear there isn’t really a “nightlife” so I will be indoors hanging out watching movies and such. Thanks for any information.
