Hi there
Does anyone know if it is possible to split one big property with two rural ruins into two separate properties? Both ruins have separate access to the road.
That would be in the Algarve
Thank you.

You would need to ask at the town hall I am guessing?

Check local:
camara municipal
finanças
conservatoria

take all documents you have on the property and one of them will tell you if it is possible and to do it.
you might be going through a bureaucratic painful process
good luck

You need to go to your town hall (camara municipal) and book a meeting with their Architecture and Urbanism department so you can get confirmation from aone of their technicans...

It depends from the present urbanistic plan which changes from time to time... Also from the size, usually will have to be over 6 acres (3 hectares). The camera municipal are the one to ask
