changing current employer

Hi everyone,
My visa is expiring on march 11 and i have got job in another company but my question is is it necessary to take mobility to change current employer.my company HR said that he will give cancellation.Give correct advice regard this plz.

Mobility only in two cases:

1) With employer approval
2) Without employer approval IF you have worked with them for more than a year. See process:

If neither apply to you then only way is for your employer to cancel visa and new employer to apply for visa.

If my current employer cancel my visa then my new employer can easily apply for visa right. Without taking mobility.

Yes. Within 30 days from cancellation. Mobility takes a day or two. Visa application takes anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. While visa application is in process, you won't be able to leave the country and if you do, then the application has to be repeated again.
