Fresh Graduate actively finding job in UAE

Hello everyone!
I am from Malaysia. Fresh IT graduate looking for job opportunity in UAE. I have tried applying so many jobs online but nothing seems to working out. I will becoming to Abu Dabhi tomorrow, any advice you can give me? I was thinking of directly approaching the headhunter office & recruitment agency.

I will ask a more direct question: is it considered better to travel directly to the UAE and approach the headhunters and recruitment agencies, rather than applying from abroad?
