Building a new home in BA

My wife and I are seriously considering a move to BA, she is a native and already owns the land in a gated community we would build on. My question is as follows

We are looking at a factory built from Viviendas Norte S.A.

anyone have any experience with or knowledge of these people?

No idea on the company, but I would suggest you be careful as the gated communities are well known as the most crime ridden part of the metro area as people are aware there is money to be had. I assume this applies not only to armed robberies and break-ins but also to contractors, who are notoriously corrupt and/or incompetent here.

Viviendas Norte build pre-done wooden house, depend you want, but those houses are not very common in this country, of course there are, but here the traditional constructions are in others materials
