Hi, we are thinking of retiring to Portugal but not in the city ( Lisbonne) We are both 60 (Dutch-french) and we would like to be not far from a community and not far from the beach. Also easy access to the airport , any suggestions would be welcome. We would like to rent first and then eventual buy something over there , thanks Ida

Dear IdaAttias,
you are spoiled for choice!

Bon courage!

It will all depend on your budget and what sort of location you're looking for (city, small village, by the sea, inland). Have you thought about it?
