Transfer of SUV 7 seater

My lease has been finished and I have paid the final payment, but my finance company ask me to get "Showroom Letter" from Traffic Department west of Riyadh then they will initiate my transfer process.
We are 4 family members can you someone tell me what I should do now I dont think traffic department will give me the letter.
