If ICA says yes to travel, then she can carry that confirmation letter along with her. If ICA says no, then stay away for a certain period before trying her luck. No sponsorship will work in this situation.

But may I know is it lifetime ban? Because today we tried to enter with the new ticket everything but still cannot enter. They said still must go to ica and appeal.

Sir is it good to put in her appeal letter that she got the job here even the spass haven't approve? Or we cannot put that on her appeal?

Pass is pending under her name. Both ICA and MoM share information to each other.

Why you guys keep trying to enter, when you know very clearly that she got earlier denials due to showing fake return ticket (By looking at your above message, I can guess that earlier her Sister didn’t book return ticket). So, stop trying again and again, it will lead to few years ban. You have said that your bf is a Singaporean but how come he doesn’t know this basic rule?

Permission to post. I need help on my case. I am employed in Singapore for several years already and it so happened that my recent company have no quota to renew my employment so I was being laid-off.

During my alotted SVP, I tried my best to apply and another company applied my pass last 22 Apr 2019; my last day in my SVP is on 27 Apr 2019 so I exited in Singapore last 25 Apr 2019 here in Malaysia via travelling in bus .While here in Malaysia, I am visiting my best friend's house.

My first question is will I be in trouble entering Singapore via Entry in Airport terminal if i only have these details:
•Pending EP application (til date)
•Return ticket to my home country on 10 May 2019
•Accomodation booking until 9 May 2019
•I have no record of being denied of Entry by ICA

Second question, is it a good idea to entry via Bus to Singapore or Plane?

I don't think there will be a problem if you stay outside of Singapore for a minimum of 5 days (thus less visa run suspicion). Entering by land or air should not matter.

Anyone here have a success of coming back to Singapore again after the 5days from exiting Singapore?

Yes, I have done that a few months ago. I was in Indonesia for 9 days.

Posting for an update to my query. I am now in Singapore for an extended stay of 30days. Just follow the advice by Beppi and everything will run smooth. Just make yourself presentable to immigration and avoid being suspected as a gangster. ahhaa.
