I just want to discuss my issue with you before 8 months ago my sponer run away me and after 3 months he cancel my visa and now I'm living in Bahrain with out visa asince 8 months. Now my relative sponer me from Italy. I want to know can I travel in Italy. Bcz my sponcer run away me n he cancel my visa... In this duration I make new passport bcz my old passport expire. I want to know can I travel with out any restrictions...

You won't be allowed to leave as you are here illegally.  You have two options, one is to turn yourself in, get arrested, deported and banned.  Or second, apply for a flexi-permit, pay the fees, regularise your status and then leave.

Respected x tang thanks for your kind reply. I'm thankful to you for your concern.... Before few months ago I call for flexi permit... They told me I'm not eligible for flexi permit bcz my visa canceled after 5th November 2018... So can I transfer my visa with any other new sponer.. And how can I remove my run away case.

XTang

You can't do anything until the runaway case is lifted. And that you can challenge only if it is wrong. I would advise you to get a lawyer.  Contact citizens advice on Facebook, they can help you.

I wrote the reply on my phone so couldn't write more but the basic points you need to remember are:

1) When an absconding or runaway case is filed, you should go immediately to LMRA and challenge it - if you didn't runaway and your sponsor filed a false case.  In this situation, you are protected and your employer is penalized
2) Staying 8 months without doing what I wrote above, seriously weakens your position as in the eyes of the authorities, you are in the wrong.  Now, if you go to LMRA yourself, you might be detained and then deported
3) An absconding case is on YOU as a person which means that you will not be able to travel freely, change visa or do anything else for that matter until the case is resolved
4) You definitely need a lawyer to argue on your behalf and help to resolve this.  But remember that if you DID runaway and the employer can prove it, you will be deported and will not be able to work in Bahrain again
