S pass rejected

My employer applied s pass for me on 29/04/19
Today it got reject with no clear reason
Still its showing employment pass
Now i have 2 questions

1. How do i know that employer applied s pass or e pass for me and the reason for getting rejected

2. If my employer will appeal for me will it help in this case ?

In short, EPOnline days employment pass (don’t differentiate EP or S pass in their website). Secondly, your employer can appeal successfully if they address the reason for rejection. Good luck

My agent said mom didnt disclose the reason for rejection and after rejection also pass type is employment pass how do i know that it is s pass or e pass ?

How i can check the appeal status ? My agent said for appeal only the employer and agency can check the status.. Is it true !

Hi Ashu90,

Your only option is to get in touch with your employer and take their words as gospel.

The appeal status is not shown in EPOnline before it is finally approved or rejected. Employer or agency cannot get more information either.
