Are there long-term apartment rentals in Lisbon that have resort-style amenities (hot tub, pool, business center, tennis courts, etc.)? I haven't found anything online besides vacation rentals. However, I got the impression the norm in Portugal is to use a real estate agent to find an apartment and I am just looking at online listings.

You can surely  get those perks, but they will only be available in a small number of condos (especially in Lisbon) and will surely come with a very high rent. Check for rentals in real estate portals such as imovirtual.pt (available in English).
