NOWO contract fines

Post new topic

Thinking I would be staying put for a while, I signed up to NOWO about three weeks ago with a internet contract for 2 years. 15.99 a month for 120gb internet.

It's great, but now I have to move to the North. I tried to transfer but they don't cover the area I'm living in. BUT they are telling me I have to pay the whole contract because they aren't legally obliged to move the service.

So I have two questions:
1. Is there a way out of this?
2. If not, is anyone interested in transferring the contract to their name?

Just change banks
They will have to assess whether the money at stake is worth the collateral time and cost
