Hi, My name is Anh and I'm come from Vietnam.

I just have an offer job in Singapore and the company did apply and appeal for my Spass twice but still got rejected with the reason " We cannot grant this candidate a work pass based on the qualifications submitted".

I did contact the company's HR and they said they called MOM and the officer said there is no way for my work pass approval unless I got higher education certificate which recognized in Singapore.

FYI, my education certification is Advanced Diploma in Multimedia.

Therefore, my question is: Is there any ways I can get work pass approval?

Thank you so much.

There you have the answer already.

Hi beppi,

Thanks for your reply,

As I know, for Spass the minimum certificate must be Diploma, right? I am holding Advanced Diploma certification.

I just don't know why my certificate is unaccurated :(
