Problems with the capacity certificate (for Indian)

Dear expats,

I am in Morocco to marry my fiancee. Although I sorted all the documents but the capacity certificate is being a bottleneck to the entire process. The Indian embassy in Rabat requires the contents of the capacity certificate on a stamp paper from India with an apostil which they further counter attest. Hence, the place of origination of this document is India. However, the court in Nador requires the capacity certificate to be issued in Indian consulate, Rabat. After repeated attempts the embassy is not ready to furnish this document and the court is not ready to accept the capacity certificate from a stamp paper from India.

Could anyone suggest what to do here ? Please, it's a little urgent. I only have three days left for my flight. Either I go back married or single again.

Any kind of hint or help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately no subtitute for capacity certificate. You must take capacity/ marital status certificate from your home country with attestation
