Moving to Hamburg-Shipping Companies

Hello. My current shipping company has last minute said they don't know the process to handle shipping/customs to Germany. Can anyone recommend an US based companies that I can get a quote from to request a shipping container to fill my personal household goods to be shipped to Hamburg? A company that is familiar with German Customs (rules and regulations). Thanks!

While the end destination is in Germany this might be posted on the USA forum as well. Normally one shouldn't post the same thing various places but in this case it would seem warranted. Unfortunately, I have no knowledge of this subject but there are occasionally Americans here that might have an idea.
