Algarve expediter

I am visiting Algarve (hotel is in Faro, but I am flexible as I have a rental car.
I would like to meet an immigration expediter in that area or within perhaps 2 hours drive.
I have sufficient income by a large margin and zero crime history. Can anyone provide me with an expiditer reference? My arrival is Sept 03 and departure Sept 08. I am 100% flexible about schedule and location. THANK YOU!

Any ideas? My next choice is to ask the hotel concierge or the local police. It seems almost everyone in Portugal knows someone who does whatever legal thing you might want. Their interpersonal networking seems to be excellent.

I am open to future PT visits, but would really like to get started this trip.
Anyone who does not love Portugal has not been there.
