Good day!

My contract was in Kuwait but my sponsor take me here in Bahrain using tourist visa. Almost 2 years with them I told them that I will go back to my country, instead of flying I prefer to cancel my ticket and work outside, but sad to say that all my previous company didn’t change my visa.

My question is , is it possible that my company where I am working now can transfer my visa even if it’s already expired for quite years? I really don’t know what to do. Need your help badly.

Don't really understand.

You came here on a tourist visa, worked on it and never renewed it when it expired?

If that is the case then you are illegally working and staying here.  You are liable for fines, deportation and even jail depending on the length of stay here.  You need to get a lawyer who can help you to sort your situation, pay fines and leave.  That is the best you can hope for.
