Hi Everyone,

I am in process of applying for mvv, I am arranging for the documents and my partner is going to apply through IND on my behalf. Question I have is list of documents that to have with me after IND approves our applictaion. As process takes long in India to prepare documents I wanted to know in advance the list of documents needed to be carried to dutch embassy in my country(India) to get mvv sticker on passport.

Thanks in advance,

Best Regards,

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Actually not a simple answer; you need:

Your valid passport.

Two recent, good quality, passport sized, colour photographs of the applicant on a clear light background (grey/white)

Completed MVV application form.

The documents requested in the approval letter which your sponsor receives from the IND.

These documents will depend on your own personal circumstances and what you've told them in the application process.  If they ask for any Government related documents such as a birth or marriage certificate, then they will need to be legalised as certified true copies and if not in either Dutch, English, French or German, translated into Dutch and the translation certified.

Hope this helps.
