North side : Flemish beef stew MIAM
South side : Meatball with chips
Antwerpen : uitmijster
2. Which are some unusual dishes that you have discovered ?
There are no unusual food in Belgium. Just different preparations. But we like good food. Belgian gastronomy
3. What makes up the typical breakfast in Belgium?
First and foremost, Belgians do not eat waffels for breakfast. Breakfast usually consists of bread and cheese, such as sliced Gouda, jam and honey. Children often eat sandwiches with Nutella or cream cheese. Belgians favor (strong) coffee in the morning, although tea has gained some ground. Orange juice is also a common option.
4. Name 3 of your favourite festive dishes.
As soon as a culinary preparation is made with envy and with healthy and natural products. All meals are synonymous with feast.
5. According to you, which essential ingredient defines Belgian cuisine?
