Citizenship by Investment in Bahrain

I think you are confused about the scheme.  There is NO way to get Bahrain citizenship by investment so forget about that.

The only thing you can get is a long term residence visa through investment - up to 10 years.

Can you please post me, on what basis or what are the options to get the Citizenship for a Muslim who is not staying in Bahrain.

Simple answer : No chance at all.

Long answer: As a non Arab, you have to live in Bahrain for 15-20 years, know Arabic and then you become eligible to apply but there is no guarantee you will get it. There are people who are waiting for decades after applying without any luck despite having millions in property and businesses.  Even expats who get married to Bahrainis don't get it (Men almost never, women after 15 years or so).

I don't know who told you that there is a chance. But as I said, forget about it.
