Hi, I am new in the Netherlands and don't speak/read/write Dutch.

I am currently having trouble finding an organization or government agency that can assist me with filling out a form for the IND.
7018 is the form, to be exact, the english version being 7518.
but they have informed me they do not assist with filling out forms
Could someone advise me on where I can get help on filling out this form?

Thanks

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

I'm puzzled.  That's a form you have to complete if you're sponsoring somebody to come and live with you in the Netherlands; it's quite straight forward, so what help are you looking for?

Hope this helps.

Actually my situation is this, I am currently in Netherlands with my mother because she has a terminal illness, I am on a short stay visa. So i am applying for this since my visa will expire in a month and a half. This form is what the IND said I should submit.
But I am afraid if i mess up the application I will lose the time I need before my Visa expires.

A few questions about the form:
1. should I choose the option that I need to submit an exemption for the civic integration exam?
2. I need to submit a Turberculosis test as well?
3. question number 3, place of collection of regular provisional residence permit, what should I fill for this one? the question is a bit confusing, what its asking?

Hi again.

You may have a problem here, lets see.

What the regulations say is that your sponsor has to submit the form, that doesn't mean you can't help that person with the process - so seems OK to me.

Civic Integration.  Is the language exam, as a US citizen, you are exempt (link).

TB test.  As a US citizen, you are exempt (link).

Collection of permit.  This is where I see you having a problem, normally you would collect this from the Embassy/Consulate in your home country.  You can't normally apply for this visa while you are in the Netherlands, the regulations are quite explicit on this.

It is always better to be up front and open with the Regulators.  My advice is to contact the IND as soon as possible and explain your circumstances.  Terminal illnesses cover a lot of issues, some argue that we all have one, we just don't know about it yet.  So, perhaps speak to your mothers doctor and see if she is willing to support you asking the IND for a derogation from the rules to enable you to stay and care for her, rather than you go back to the US and then the Dutch care system have to take it over (and pay for it).

I wish both you and your mother the best.

Hope this helps.
