E.P application rejected due to salary declared is higher than stated

Received bad news from my future HR , that my application for E.P was rejected due to "salary beyond salary that my future company had declared before"

After adjustment of salary, MOM request to submit a full detail of C.V. Application status changed from rejected to Pending.

Anyone experience this before?

You are lucky: MoM accepted the company's change of submitted detail and your application is under process again. You can now expect a normal procedure (but still have no assurance that it will be eventually approved).

It’s a standard process at MoM to ask applicants profile details from the employer to review. If they statishfy on why you were chosen ahead of a local applicant then your application would be successful. Good luck
