Planning to move turkey in march 2020

Hi, Im from Pakistan my name is kamran, Im 31 years old guy, single. I want to move turkey in march 2020 i have done graduation degree 2 years programme from pakistan and currently studying ACCA and Im part qualified now, i have 1 year working experience in pakistan as an Accountant, i can speak english and also learning Turkish language i will be in good shape soon.
I need your help guide me n tell me the possibilities to get a job in turkey, further education options for me and also if I start small business with little investment.
Note: i have been in turkey twice as tourist now will come again on tour visa than will apply TRC, after couple of months or year later i have plan to start my own small business considering the all facts in long run guide me through and through plz

I would love to start food business or tea cafe little start and making sure that I’m good will be my priority.
I’m an educated person i can also do work there, couple of months will just spend on learning how things work in turkey than will start my small tea cafe.
