Don't like to accept resignation letter.

Dear all,
Good day I am new here in the forum. I really need some advice about my situation now. I am currently working to my company for 8 months and now planning to resign and got a new job offer in new company. I decided to resign coz since day 1 that I join to my company they never give me dayoff. they are giving additional payment for my salary telling me that is the payment for my dayoff. I am working for 12hrs to 11hrs even in my job offer is only 8hrs. I sent resignation letter already to post office but my employer told me they will not give release to me. I am willing to pay the 4months balance of my visa and finish my 1 month resignation notice. Is it possible for me to go? Or they will make some issue, problem to me once I finish my notice? Thank you very much.

I have responded to these questions literally hundreds of times.

And now, even created a sticky:

Read it and do your research by browsing other threads before asking the same questions again and again.
