Living in Isla Mujeres

Post new topic

Captken54

After retiring we decided to rent our house in Florida and come to Mexico. We chose Isla Mujeres due to the confidence of Cancun airport, it’s an island, and the price was right so we have been here 2 months. We have done some exploring and decided to check out the Progresso area out. Really liked it enough to buy a house on the beach in Chuburná.  Really laid back, quite community, close to Progresso and for a big city Merida with all the gringo comforts and shopping.

Do you own a golf cart? I'm moving to Isla with my family in July 2020 and would like to purchase a used 4 seat golf cart or lease a golf cart for 1 year. Do you have any experience with acquiring a golf cart? Thank you very much! - Trevor

Hi Trevor welcome to ex-pat,

You might want to add that request to the classified section at the top of the page.

Are you aware that on the map the whole Quintana roo area is a red zone restriction wise? Do you know anyone there? If so you might want to check with them.
