My wife to be and I like to be living together here in Germany
She's from Czech republic
Is there any way we can get help from JOB centre or another association

You have to pay your own way. Nobody gives you money for a home - and to get any public assistance or unemployment is only possible for an EU citizen after having lived and worked in Germany for 2 years. And since you are not from the EU, you would need to get a family reunion visa to join your wife. The requirements for this to happen is that you have enough income and a large enough accommodation. People who can’t pay their way don’t get to come to Germany. But if your wife can pay her bills until she finds a job, then she can probably get help from the job center to find employment.
