I think that there is a "Doctor's hospital" in Angeles, they and many other hospitals have outpatients, just go to accident and emergency and ask to see a doctor. I have had varying degree of satisfaction at the Doctor's hospitals, mainly good. They are considered one of the best.

The other option is to go to a bar and ask a local expat.
