Moving to the Phillipines

Hi everyone,

I am living in Oz on the Gold Coast and are about to move to Puerto Galera. Now it looks like the Corona Virus is trowing a spanner in the works. My partner and my 2 yr old son live in Cabanatuan City. As of today the Phi Govt seem to put travel restrictions in place for cars to Manila.
Does anyone know what is going on?

Manila is in lockdown as from today, No one in,,,No one out. I believe this is for a month but subject to change. Puerto Princessa is also in lockdown.
