Hi,

I am an unmarried partner of an EU citizen and my partner now lives in the Netherlands. My nationality is Singaporean. With the current EU travel ban in place, I am wondering if i am able to enter the Netherlands as a family member of an EU citizen.

We actually plan to apply for "Verification against EU law" but apparently we have to apply at IND in person. My partner and i have lived together in Singapore for 2-3 years and we have the rental contract and some additional documents to prove our relationship.

Hey fellow singaporean!

Same situation here, eu partner in NL and looking to apply for 'Verification against EU law'. However given the situation I doubt we are able to until the borders open, hopefully soon. Unless you have found another way to get in?

My partner and I do not have official documents to prove the 6 months cohabitation so we are planning to get married in NL, then apply for it. Might be more straightforward too with lesser documents to prove our r/s i hope!

I actually facing the same problem here.
Worse for me is, I don't have any proof of cohabitation because my partner and I is in Long Distance Relationship, and we have not meet 6 months now. ☹️

Do you have any copies/records of Emails, SMS, letters between you both of you?

WhatsApp, Telegram, yes.
Also record of Video calls on WhatsApp on daily basis and how long it were each time.
