Selling a car during COVID-19

Hey everyone, I made a list to explain my current situation.

1. I have a new car that is under an auto loan until January 2021.
2. I have a buyer lined up for the vehicle, but we are unable to have a face meeting regarding the sale with the NCB Lease Finance Center, which is required for all car sales with an ongoing car payment.
3. I am leaving soon on a pending Final Exit Visa and returning after this summer for a new company.

My questions are as follows:

Do I need to sell the car before I can have my Final Exit Visa even processed?
Is it possible to skip the face to face meeting at the Auto Finance Center?
Has anyone been through this and can advise me?

All of this is causing a fair amount of stress.

- No. you need to be there to sign all documentation for transfer ownership of the car.
