Right now i am working in Qatar. Is it possible for me to move to Netherlands and keep working in my job in Qatar in terms of law.
I couldn't find this case on ind webpage. please enlighted me on this topic.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

As an EU citizen, you have the right to live and work anywhere in the EU; what you are discussing is nothing to do with the IND, which explains why there is nothing on their website about it.

All people who live in the Netherlands must register with the local Gemeente (within 5 days of arrival), when they do that, they get a BSN number, which allows you to open a bank account, register a car, register with a doctor - it's impossible to live in Holland without this.

You can't register as a resident in the Netherlands unless you live there; if you live there and work remotely for a company in another country, then you have to declare your worldwide income to the Belastingdienst and you will have to pay both income and social taxes, plus health insurance in the Netherlands.  There is a double-taxation agreement in place between the 2 countries, so you shouldn't be taxed twice on the same income.

Hope this helps.
