When can Amearican travel to Germany and how about their pets????

So, I understand that Americans are currently banned to enter the E.U; but my question is: when do you think that Ban will be lifted, and if we can still come in with our pet????

Sorry but there is no sense in even speculating while the Corona problem is still growing in the US, House pets are not a problem if they have documented vaccination like against rabies and one arranges with the airlines.
